Our office is located in Hackettstown, New Jersey. Hackettstown is located about 15 minutes from Exit 19 or Exit 26 off Interstate 80 or 30 minutes from Route 78 in Northwestern New Jersey. Once into Hackettstown, we are in "Hastings Commons" office complex on Mountain Ave. or Schooley's Mountain Road, on the border of Hackettstown and Washington Township, Morris County. Insurance:
We currently do not accept insurance, but our fees are covered
under most insurance plans through out-of-network benefits, if applicable.
Most patients get reimbursed directly after meeting their deductible. Please
contact your individual insurance carrier to verify this coverage.
